Nasi Beriani. Nasi Biriyani is a fusion of Indian and Malay Cuisines. It is a Malaysian Indian Style Biryani. (Nasi means Rice) The resulting rice is very aromatic and the meat is cooked tender and delicious. Nasi briyani dishes are very popular in Malaysia and Singapore.

Nasi Beriani Nasi briyani in Malaysia usually consists of evaporated milk to add creaminess to the rice. Besides making the rice creamier, it also makes it fluffier. As I did not have any in hand.

Bahan-bahan diperlukan buat Nasi Beriani :

  1. Siapkan 4 cawan Beras.
  2. Sediakan 1/2 sudu besar Minyak Sapi.
  3. Sediakan 1 sudu besar Marjerin.
  4. Siapkan 1 sudu besar Minyak Masak.
  5. Sediakan 1 keping Kulit Kayu Manis.
  6. Sediakan 5 kuntum Bunga Cengkih.
  7. Sediakan 4 biji Buah Pelaga.
  8. Sediakan 5 ulas Bawang Merah *.
  9. Siapkan 2 ulas Bawang Putih *.
  10. Siapkan 1 inci Halia.
  11. Siapkan 3 helai Daun Salam.
  12. Sediakan 1 1/2 sudu besar Rempah Beriani.
  13. Sediakan 2 tangkai Daun Ketumbar.
  14. Siapkan 3-4 cawan Air.
  15. Siapkan 1/2 cawan Susu Cair.
  16. Sediakan 1 sudu kecil Garam.
  17. Sediakan 1/2 sudu kecil Gula.

Langkah memasak Nasi Beriani

  1. Kisar bahan bertanda *..
  2. Panaskan minyak sapi, marjerin & minyak masak kemudian tumis bahan kisar bersama kulit kayu manis, bunga cengkih & buah pelaga..
  3. Masukkan rempah beriani & kacau rata..
  4. Masukkan susu cair, daun ketumbar & air. Kacau hingga mendidih..
  5. Masukkan beras dan perasakan dengan garam & gula secukupnya. Biarkan kering..
  6. Jika suka boleh titiskan sedikit pewarna kuning kemudian tutup periuk dan biarkan nasi masak dengan sempurna..
