Masukkan beberapa durian ke dalam periuk, tambah santan, gula dan garam juga sedikit air.
Jika suka, boleh juga dimasukkan susu pekat sedikit.
Kacau sampai mendidih dengan api perlahan, jangan sampai pecah minyak.
Bahan-bahan diperlukan buat Pengat Durian :
- Siapkan 500 gm isi durian.
- Siapkan 100 gm gula melaka.
- Sediakan 350 ml santan.
- Sediakan 2 helai daun pandan.
- Siapkan 1/2 sdt garam.
